City Odyssey began with a simple frustration. Whenever I arrived in a new city, I knew there were stories all around me, but I often had no idea where to begin.
I didn’t want another list of landmarks to tick off. I wanted something to actually do: a mystery to piece together, one clue at a time, while exploring the streets where it all happened. So I created the kind of experience I had been looking for.
I’m Rea, the person behind City Odyssey. I research, write and build every adventure myself, digging through archives and half-forgotten local stories to find the secrets worth following. Then I turn them into chapters, puzzles and trails that lead you through the city on foot.
City Odyssey is an independent project, built with curiosity, care and a genuine love of history.
My aim is simple: to hand you the magnifying glass instead of the megaphone.
I hope each adventure helps you see a familiar city - or a completely new one - a little differently. And perhaps prove that history is much more fun when you have to work for the answer.
